My son – what a card!

I heard a rumor that babies change your life. Take it from me, it’s true. (Really. You can quote me.)

Since the early 80s I’d been sending out cartoon holiday cards. Until 2009.

That year me and the wife were crazy busy in December, so we postponed sending out cards till Valentines Day. (Here it is.) We figured we do the same this year too. But they were still cards with a cartoon. The established, nearly three decade tradition lived on…until now.

When you have a baby people expect to see photos of said baby on your card, not lame-o cartoon that you dashed off at the last minute. and so, I have caved.

Ah, the sweet surrender of parenthood.
